Shipping Information Express shipping: We offer Express (USPS Express Mail) shipping, as well as FedEx Express shipping. Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm (MST) Monday through Friday. Order will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or any Holiday. We are unable to expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.
Shipping outside the United States: We will ship anywhere. However, expedite shipping is not available for international shipments. If you have any questions, regarding international shipments email us.
How long before my order arrives? We endeavor to ship all orders within 10 working days. You will then receive your item based on the shipping option you chose. We do not charge our customers shipping for backorder shipments.

PO Box Orders: Orders may only be sent via USPS Mail if the recipient has a PO Box.
Returns and Exchanges: We are committed to offering you the very best craftsmanship and quality. If you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your packing slip, and tell us whether you want an exchange or refund. And please take a moment to tell us the reason for you exchange/refund so that we can continue to uphold our standards.
